Clinical care
Where diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for women fall short in practice, and what clinicians see that the market has missed.
GW Healthcare Innovation presents
A roundtable symposium convening clinicians, trainees, and industry stakeholders to identify priority gaps and opportunities in women's health.
The Women's Health Innovation Forum brings the people who deliver care, the people training to deliver it, and the people who build and fund new products into the same room. The goal is a shared, specific list of the problems most worth solving.
Discussion is organized around high-impact areas where current tools, evidence, or care models fall short. Each roundtable works toward concrete gaps and opportunities rather than general awareness.
Bringing trainees into dialogue with those building the field.

Where diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for women fall short in practice, and what clinicians see that the market has missed.
Evidence gaps, underrepresentation in trials, and the questions that need data before practice can change.
Devices, therapeutics, diagnostics, and digital tools, and what it takes to move them from concept to clinic.
Coverage, regulation, and funding structures that shape which women's health problems get solved.
Organizers set out the forum's aims and the focus areas for the day.
Mixed tables of clinicians, trainees, and industry participants work through priority gaps within each domain.
Each table presents its top gaps and opportunities to the full group.
Priorities are consolidated into a shared summary for participants and partners.
| Group | Who | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Clinicians | Physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and allied health professionals who see the unmet needs firsthand. | Define need |
| Trainees | Any trainee, from students and residents to fellows, in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, public health, or any other health field, who will carry these questions into their careers. | Carry forward |
| Industry | Founders, investors, and product teams building and funding the next generation of women's health solutions. | Build and fund |
